Proposal Discussion Communication menu?

Am I the only one who is a bit perplexed by the two communication menu? There is a communication menu for text and voice calls (even to stations ?!), but requesting docking permission is done in another menu.
Shouldn't the docking request item be in the default communication menu (when applicable)?

Yes I agree with you and docking requests should go though the comms menu.
