Greetings, CMDRs!
Since the Tea-Bagging business in Heike/Nespeleve I've been thinking about all those great moments in Elite, where the Community stuck together and made the impossible possible.
Caught in the emotional aftermath I've taken the liberty to create a badge for all Commanders who have taken part of the CG (well, to tell the truth I made it for myself mostly, to remember the grand teabagging times, I'm overwhelmed it was used by others). I've also made a badge in the memory of Bast, critique welcome.

But there are a lot great badges out there (even done by talented people for a change), there was the Hutton Mug, where I've seen a few really nice badges, Lugh, the Buckyball Races, the PvP League (Team or 1v1), Distant Worlds. I'm sure I've forgotten a lot of great stuff that has happened and is still happening in this galaxy, badgeworthy stuff, and it would be great to have them all in a thread where they are easy to find for those interested in them (and where the creators can post them if they are ok with their use by others).
I also wanted to recall the idea to place some badges on our ships, idea courtesy of evoelise:

It would be pure vanity, others would never be able to see it ... but it would be there. (of course this is the most important idea ever and FD should stop working on 2.1 to include it ... but it would be nice)
