After the last community challenge was completed I had a message letting me know that I received an animal, a Bison named Chase.
How can I claim that animal?
When you're in your franchise zoo, open animal trading window and click the last circle (button) with a gift box on it. You can claim your animal there. First you have to move it to your actual trade center and then you can use it.
Ha... Thank you that did it. I had to clear all selections first and then it showed up. And to my surprise there was a number
more that I hadn't realized I had gotten before.
