How after I've just upgraded my cargo tonnage to 240 loaded up with Gallium to take to Segovan sys , Ramsbottom as I've done since last Friday now after filling my cargo bay to the max I won't accept the goods now. I previously dropped off 1000t of Gallium with no problems.

Didn't the CG end on Thursday?
(Just a guess - I haven't participated in this one)

Check it. If it ended, already, you'll have to sell your Gallium elsewhere on normal market.

No it's a current one. There's also no commodities market showing. It was there and I dropped off some stuff earlier today.

about right, just get back into supplying again and there's a problem had to go afar distance to get rid of my gallium and lost credits

There was a campaign by some player groups aligned with the empire to shut it down, they also invaded Mobius and killed a lot of PVE people. There are also no missions on the mission board, disappointing I must say.
