Why can’t i collect the award? Time left is now 0h 0min and has been last 30min? I have 9.849,600 credits to collect and it’s a big load of money for noob like me and now it seems that i can’t collect it. Please can someone explain to me why is that?

Have you logged out to the main menu and back in?

Also, you can only collect it in the Eravate system, at the station where you handed in the bounties

Give it another hour, you'll get it. Also, Be sure to collect it directly from the base the community goal is located, from the station mission board. If you don't want to wait, I believe after two weeks it automatically gets deposited to your account. :cool:

If there's a problem you can contact Support.

Alternatively any CG rewards are automatically deposited into your account after 2 weeks: which has been useful in the past for CGs 100s of Ly away; Just wait, and eventually the money turns up ;)

I know that i will get those credits in two weeks, but really need those credits now. Like i said i'm a noob and you know how it is in the beginning in this game ;)

It has been over hour now and even new CG:s has appeared but still now way to collect old one?

I believe Eravate is currently in the midst of war.

Does war block access to mission boards?

Lockdown does not affect the Mission Boards. Actually, that may have caused confusion. It affects the boards but you can still hand-in/claim rewards from previous missions.

As far as OP's issue, glad that it's all sorted. Usually it takes a little bit to update, but relogging can sometimes help. :)
