Igorodimos.

(P.s. it would've been handy to include the actual signup location on galnet  )

update 1:

It's a war in two systems: low intensity zones in Nijotec, and high intensity zones in Igorodimos with cap ships. Both systems provide combat bonds for the goal.

UPDATE 2:

Tier 6 has been reached, reward now includes a 15% outfitting discount.

Yes! I just posted a thread about this very question - how do you find where the sign up is? Did you just fly around Nijotec's neighboring systems?

how do you find where the sign up is?

I was lucky enough to see a post from another Cmdr on reddit, after travelling 150ly to get there.

I assume it's either 1) a social experiment to study viral information flow or 2) they forgot to tell the Galnet guy where it was.

edit: It would've been possible to work it out, as Igorodimos are one of the two factions fighting there. But i don't think it was intended to be so mysterious, seems more like an oversight not to include the signup location in the news post.

Most cmdrs will be arriving at Nijotec and have no indication of what to do next.

Are there Cap ships there again?

Yes, in Igorodimos.

Its a war in two systems: low intesity zones in Nijotec, and high intensity zones in Igorodimos with cap ships (at least, the one I visited had one). Both systems provide combat bonds for the goal.

How far is the station from the star/fighting?

Pretty close. No ridiculous long haul like Banki. The zone in igorodimos is around the same planet as the station, i think. Nijotec has zones around 2nd planet of a single star.

so the end result the feds will invade nijotec or the invasion will fail, or better still the indepdants will take the feds system from them forcing them into a retreat.

More importantly guys:
What are the global rewards?
If it is outfitting discounts, a list of ships available in the Shipyard & rare/expensive modules will be appreciated!

Whats with all the events for you corrupt feds and non for us pure empire subjects?

Seriously though I get that the fed is totally meant to be woo politically relevant and all with it's corruption but it doesn't feel good when the devs make 2 opposing superpower factions with very obvious flaws then give one all the content labeling them the good guys. Yeah slavery blah blah so bad, it's a shade of grey thing(depending on your outlook) and unless we get some empire events in short succession it feels like someone at Frontier has a hard on for the federation and the empire is going to be the bad guys so players should switch over unless they want to be on the gets perpetually picked on faction.

yet the alliance remains aloft and ignored it would seem - mind u they border the aliens thalgoids. And then theres the inderpendant factions who over time might become minor major powers of their own. If the devs would allow minor factions who own 2 or more systems to develop as mini powerblocks of their own. With their own capital and over time having the features of the bigger powers. A transition in the game world would probably be welcomed over time

I just flew to nijotec and started blasting. Is it so that now I cannot claim the bounties with out signing in first? I blasted one fleeing anaconda 100 km from the conflict conter and did not get bounty. Is it so that if fleeing ship is too far from the zone it won't be conflit zone ship any more and you won't get bounty?

I have to say the same. It's bogus that the community goals slants towards the factions themselves alone and offer no alternative reward for assisting independant factions under the gullotine of faction captials and opportunistic faction players.

Read OP. You need to go to Diebruck Ring in Igorodimos and sign up via the bulletin board at the top. Then go to a conflict zone and upon arrival select your faction (not the syndicate one). You will now get your bounties, then you just fly back to Diebruck station and go into CONTACTS and claim them under combat bonds - hope that helps.

First you need to sign up for the community goal at Diebruk Ring (will appear in the bulletin board).

Afterward, go to the warzone, after you revert back to real space, you need to choose which side you will be fighting for. It's on the right UI panel, the last tab where you can set sensor, turret, lamp, landing gear, UI brightness, etc. The 1st opton (forgot what it's called) can now be selected and will give a choice of which side you want to fight for. This will allow you to earn war bounty.

Redeem back at the station where you sign up (Diebruk Ring).

On another note, the outfitting shop & shipyard is nothing special, nowhere near Khasiri, so if you're already on high end ships, might not be worth your time.

Guys, you had your slave revolts :) (o.k., no community goal then)

This time it's a Federal-intern conflict, but feel free to so sign up for the nijotec syndicate...
Maybe some Major Faction-Tension/conflict is still to come ...
