A nice one were completed : A station in the pleiades for explorer : Obsidian Orbital
I think it would be fun and great to have a long huge quest to found planet able to substain life !
(scanner would need to be modified or created to detect substainable life planet)
It cannot be done now as we need a more evolved Horizon expansion : Planet with atmosphere and many improvement in all the universe.
But in the future it would be a marvelous quest for all explorers !
In the future we could even found planet with animals, plants...
