I can just picture a party of loud rowdy guests ruining your house while shoving you around because there's no room to walk. [haha] "N-no! Don't touch that! That's a family hei- *crash* SON OF A!" "Oh come on! I just had that carpet re-laid!!!"

I was there when we (the community) discovered this CG! Was an awesome moment and made some new XBox friends :)

But i have my reservations. Does anyone else think this is a bit suspicious? It almost sounds like some inter-galactic nut job KNOWS Thargoids are coming, and is building a bit fat dirty bomb to gas the living life out of them. This isn't exactly the sort of restrained "first contact" we should be promoting (if true).
So, my question is, SHOULD we be helping this organisation?

I was there too, probably saw you at one point if we were in the same instance.

Hmm I think it will probably be something unrelated to aliens and more of an operation against a particular station / faction (if I had to guess).

The mention that these pesticides are programmable makes me think they will be used against something specific. I mentioned Thargoids, but it may be another alien species, and this "tin-foil hat crack pot" knows this Virocide is THE best weapon against them.

Whether I'm right or not, it's to Frontiers credit that they make you question such missions with the complexity the game has to offer. There's not many games that make me stop and think "Should I be doing this?" KUDOS boys n girls

If it was used on the Thargoids, it would much more likely be a cure. More likely it's intended use is as a plague to be used as a Bio-Weapon by Revolution Inc. against their target government.

Sorry to be a stickler for details but since it my home system and when I got home from a jaunt out I found a CG not announced on my door stop before any other cmdrs decided to tip up and ruin my freshly cleaned and refurbished station . Everyone else was at some other system waiting for some secret info to be dropped, meanwhile I dropped out of my AspX and walked in to my hanger office to get a brew on and my crew chief comes racing in telling me the station has some crazy price for a pesticide.
