Community goal mission : Military Intelligence ?

According to The Official Active Community Goals Thread:
My guess? Find a Hatch Breaker Limpet Controller and/or some gimbaled pulse lasers and head out to the nearest Convoy Beacon in search of T-9 cargo hatches.
Military intelligence. Is that a oxymoron?

What faction does this support? I am presently helping the Federation in Lugh, and I do not want to jeapordize that. I fear this is helping the Crimson Canoe?
Edit: Mine reads as from 'Lugh for Equality' who are the Federation guys out here. The Convoy regions have Lakon Type-9's but they are FRIENDLY. So IDK if the whole hatch breaker limpet mine is correct? Can anyone confirm what we are meant to be delivering?
Another edit: Just a warning; do not bother with the Battle Weapons to Qureshi Enterprise event. It's broken, atm. I just invested the last of my money on a second ship to run guns there, and now I'm stuck with a hull full of guns I cannot offload anywhere and not enough cash to risk stumbling around with a high insurance fee. There's no community goal available at Qureshi Enterprise as the GalNet claims, in fact in Qureshi Enterprise there are only 2-3 articles on GalNet, and there's absolutely no one, anywhere to be seen. It's about 160,000 LS away from the jump point, because Frontier LOVE to punish their players with more grind. And then you can't sell your stuff anyway!

I think the mission is actually for CSG as when I go to the convoy point the factions available are CSG and federation.
Choose the CSG and the principal hauler becomes hostile, shoot the cargo hatch, collect the military intelligence that spills out and smuggle it back to the station. It makes no sense that this mission is supporting the feds it must be a covert CSG mission.
PS. Limpets didn't work for me as the hauler has 3 point defence systems which destroy the limpet. It may be possible to first disable the point defences but just targeting the cargo hatch worked for me.

You can sell weapons at Lugh ,there is an npc ship buying them .If thats any help
