Newcomer / Intro Community Goal over, now Wut Do?

Hello Cmdr's!
I started playing a few days ago and went pretty hard into that community goal. I went from a humble Adder to a Krait MK2, back to a sidewinder and now in a FDL.
Before the event I was a pennyless scumbag but now im a filthy rich scumbag with a whopping 243 mill in the bank!
Im thinking of buying an Anaconda and trying to grind for engineering stuff but I really want a Fed Corvette and sorta want to grind reputation.

Basically, im scared and lost in Sirius and dont know what I should be doing.
I guess go for engineering first? It is nice being able to reliably kill any and every pirate I come across. I know that one Engi-y requiers an invite from some Pirate faction so I guess I could go and join them. I feel ive worn out my welcome in Sirius/Luyten Star after killing so meny people and a change of scenery would be good.

If you go for the rescue option equip your ship with many heatsinks launchers and some passenger cabins a small cargo hold loaded half full with limpets and a collector limpet controller.
Remove the Docking Computer as the station is too broken for it to work, and don’t listen to the selfish demands of the evacuees.
Request docking and enter the station using heat sinks as required and collect escape pods and other stuff then before the time runs out land and fill the cabins with passengers, leave and fly to the nearby rescue ship.

Doing exactly this with my alt.
Unengineered Conda, many, many heatsinks.
