I am in BD+03 2338 at Hudson Dock. I got there this friday after taking the community goal mission called "retake BD+03 2338" from Matteucci Terminal in Khasiri. I only had time to go to a conflict zone and blow up a couple of ships, but I got to within the top 40% before I had to log. Today, I am not even in the top 100%, which I should be. Oh well, I went to the conflict zone, chose the appropriate faction, blew up ships for about 90k cr in combat bonds, went back to the station, cashed it in. Still it sais in community mission under "transactions" that I have done 0 contribution. What gives?
