Community Goals - Missing the Obvious?

I don't know if I'm missing the obvious, but since 1.3 and the funky new GalNet, it doesn't seem obvious what articles relate to community goals. The old GalNet had a little icon against the CG related articles, but not any more.

A couple of occasions I've gone to a system mentioned in an article only to find nothing to sign up to.

Am I missing an obvious pointer? The active goals thread is often not up-to-date...

You are correct its changed and it is no longer obvious (I hope they bring that icon back, I miss my icon )
I usually check for ones with links to systems at the bottom of the article. If it has links to a system I check for a "sign up at X station".

I also wish they'd put an icon next to fan made content since some of the idle speculation posts really grind my gears, i'd quite like to distinguish the official universe from the player imagined.

I think this is a bad idea. We all create the universe and we all author the events, turmoil and all the good stuff that happens in the galaxy. There is no "official" and "unofficial". If it was good enough to make GalNet it's official I'd say.
