Community Goals not one Xbox One?

Hey does anyone know if the community goals are carried onto the Xbox version? A friend recommended it as a way to make some quick cash, and I've just spent the last hour travelling only to find out I can't sign up, am I doing something wrong or have I just travelled 160LY for nowt?!

It's a separate set of galaxy servers so it won't necessarily be synched up with what's happening on the PCs.

It exists but I think they are having issues with it atm.
