Community Goals - Payout Question

Ive participated in several Community Goals achieving levels at 70% & 40% several hours before close. After the event ends, is there a method to determine the final results and reward? The contracts simply disappear from my computer and I've never understood how to determine the outcome. Do I need to do something to complete my participation? Must I return to those systems? If so, how do I remember which system it was etc...?
I've searched the forum but was unable to find an answer.

The disappearing, I think, is something to do with the bug outlined in this thread: https://forums.frontier.co.uk/showthread.php?t=163489

Normally you;'re supposed to have to head back tot he CG system in order to claim your reward, ands hould be able to see the final progress from the now Complete Transaction in your tab before you get tehre.

Huh, so that was in March. I wonder if the current implementation of immediate payout without report or follow up is the long term plan? Not really sure if I received payout or not, wasn't paying enough attention to my total credits. I don't want to fly all the way back, but it would be fun to see the final details and would be nice to know what I was paid.
Anyone else know more details about this aspect of ED?
