Newcomer / Intro Community Goals

I'm having trouble finding where the community goals are. I looked in all the screens and I can't find anything for this. Where would I find this? Is this only at certain stations?

You need to dock with a station and read throw the news. Some tell what is going on in galaxy as well as point out to community goals station and system location. Just be warned , they don't tell fly there for community goal , this massage is displayed in a more realistic way.
