I don't know who made that list but it is hopelessly outdated or incomplete.
The majority of games that I would regard as VR highlights or even essential games are not mentioned at all.

For example there is no mention of...

Alien Isolation

IL2 Sturmovik
The Climb
Chronos
Edge of Nowhere
Project Cars
Google Earth VR
Ultrawings
Rick & Morty

Of course opinions may vary about the individual games but with all these omissions combined I'd say the usefulness of this list is rather limited.
