Comparing Components

Is there a way to compare my weapon or component to another one that I can buy in a station, with both of the components specs being on screen at the same time? If there isn't it would be great to place the info for the currently installed component in the top right corner, where nothing is being displayed.

Yes, select the new component you wish to compare and instead of buy, click on the compare button (there's one there somewhere, I swear, I've used it myself).

click on the item and select compare.

Thanks guys. I was too afraid to click on a component in the chance that might be the action for buying it.
