Comparing Mates

Love Planet Zoo! Initially at the start of a new zoo I'd like to be able to compare mates in the trade centre to ensure I'm not placing a brother and sister together. If for instance I have four lions in my trade centre, when I click 'compare mates' none of the other lions appear. Once the zoo starts running it seems to compare the animals, but not a the beginning. Thank you.

One trick that works that allows you to compare animals in the trade center is to select them all, click "Move to zoo" then cancel out without actually moving them. You can then compare them, as they are considered to be in your zoo.
