Hi all,
so far, we had Coriolis and similar sites to see and compare ships. With Engineers, this has become difficult. With the recent(?) issue of using Adders as combat ships, this may also have become rather interesting.
So: is there any place/thread where I can see the performance data of the small ships (Sidey, (i)Eagle, iCourier, Adder, Viper) with enhanced thrusters and possibly after engineering the heck out of them?
ISTR that people have been boasting about iCouriers boosting at >600 m/s. Looking at the raw data, a speed optimized Sidey or Adder might get into a similar territory (similar ratios of thruster optimal mass to ship mass) - but is there any place where I could actually compare the data? Or will I have to set up one ship of each type and try it on my own (some time end of 3003, the way my current exploration trip is going
).
Basically, I would like to see the smallest, fastest, nastiest beast with a long range. Take a Sidey with enhanced drives and e.g. twin missile launchers, shieldless exploration layout (low weight bulkheads, scoop, afmu, scanners), everything A-rated and engineered to level 5.
Sidey because
a) I can
b) paintjobs and ship kit
