I'd say that this is another incorrect video with the comparison as most likely it was done at idle thrust. In this case the difference might be significantly larger than that at the manoeuvrability sweet spot, i.e. the only right way to compare the manoeuvrability.
For the reference the same video has showed that a Python (Beta 1.1) performs a 360 degree pitch up manoeuver in about 29s, whereas at manoeuvrability sweet spot it is 13s (which is still faster than Eagle's manoeuvrability on this video).
