Community Event / Creation Competent Anacondas

I've be playing for about 200 hrs and I keep seeing players who are only competent and own anacondas. I'm master and I still haven't even got a python or FDL! It would be really nice to know how people can get anacondas at such a low rank just to see what I am doing wrong. Also, it's probably worth noting that the ones I have met have pretty much all been BH or pirates.

There are ways to make a couple hundred million in a few days time. Usually finding short hop planet scan missions, passenger missions, basically anything that pays a couple million per mission and can be easily stacked.

I don't get a couple million for missions, apart from massacre missions but thanks for telling me.
