Store-bought - download installer from your store account "my downloadable products" page.

I did that and it wants me to BUY the game when I OWN the game and the expansion pass and other addon items purchased. This is a complete new reinstall. The launcher says PURCHASE instead of LAUNCH. Can somebody turn on my access please.
NOW it is wanting to install. grumble....
Ok … thx for you Reply … but it did not help to solve my problem … still i am getting the messagebox 'Unable to initialise Network. Please check your connection'. I checked my connection by playing all my other games which use a network connection ... all OK ... so FD ... please check YOUR network code!!!
Sorry I wasn't able to help. The installer seems to be a little uh, non cooperative at times for sure. It took it 10 minutes to decide that I owned the game and did not need to buy it. It is still installing it as I speak. If I have any problems like yours I'll let you know. Especially if it will help you. Good chance someone here will help you. Plenty of nice ppl to do that mate. It may be that the servers are indeed verifying your code. That appeared to be my problem. Like I said it took it 10 minutes to figure out I owned the game before it would even install it. So you may well me right. It may not be recognizing your game key or login/pass. If the you can't get any help here you can always file a ticket. They really do answer all tickets. I've put in a few and always got a reply. Good luck!
Well that is different from your OP - you will see there are some other threads about that network message - I have no idea about that. Good luck.
I got that INSTALL button too - just killed the process and launched again, no problem - Play was back.
So I think there must still be some residual server issues kicking about AWS.
