Completed Assassination Missions Disappear From Transaction Tab - Anyone Else?

In the past week I have had two successfully completed assassination missions disappear from the transaction tab while I was completing other missions. Disappointing to not be able to turn these in.

Has this happened to anyone else?

The second one was a clean assassination mission. I don't remember what kind the first one was.

No, although there are some discrepancies between the on-foot Transaction tab and the one in the Apex (failed/abandoned missions sometimes won't show up until I switch between the two).

resurrecting this thread - in two days I have had 2 clean assassination missions disappear from transactions. It happens if you succesfully carry out the mission, then get interdicted by a rep of the target faction on your return 'home'. The moment you destroy your interdictor (having gotten a warning he's coming for you), the mission just disappears from transactions. No failure message, no notification at all -it's just as if it you never took it. looking at the issue tracker - this was reported a year ago by a couple of other cmdrs and marked as expired... I've just posted a fresh issue as the way this happens with no in-game acknowledgement makes it quite evident the scenario is bugged.

Went ahead and voted on your bug issue even though FD will never fix it just like the countless bugs they never fix.
