Completed Research Should Be Available for All Franchise Zoos

For some reason that I don't understand whatsoever, any completed research from my first zoo in Franchise mode is not available at the second zoo I started in Franchise mode. I have nearly all of the research that's done by vets completed, and all of the mechanics' research done except for the themed stuff in my first zoo. Why oh why do I have to start completely over at the second zoo??? It should be shared between all the zoos in Franchise mode!

Also, you should be able to transfer money between your zoos in Franchise mode. That way you can actually have something decent to start with so you can hit the ground running.
