Don't think so. Didn't for me. And remember to only do Low ones, as others don't count event if you win.
Yes but how do you know you got credit. Does the block magically get checked once you complete 10?
When you get to the 10 you need you get an engineer invite. Pretty simple
Unfortunately unlike EDH, unlocking engineers is a bit of Guess work, or keeping track on paper. One of the engineer unlocks i have just done is complete 6x Covert Heists & 6x Covert Thefts, i had no idea of where i was with each, until the invite dropped in, so did not know to look for Heists or thefts in the mission board.

You can get some information on it from the Codex, but you'll have to remember and subtract lost ones / non-Low ones yourself.
Pretty sure you get the credit Win or Lose. The requirements merely say 'Complete'. I asked question on here sometime back and was correctly advised it was just Complete!
In the codex, go
commander/stats/combat
and data on your CZs completed will show. Unfortunately there appears to be a bug and each CZ is counting as 2 but the unlock is at 20.
My 10th CZ was bugged and I was the last man standing but the conflict did not end. I logged out and got the credit for participating but not for winning.
