Concerns Over the Waterslides

As the title and the video suggests, I'm very concerned that the waterslides are not getting as much love as the coasters. When I'm in pov I noticed that the waterslides are not round, but flat on the bottom. This is not realistic at all. Another thing I noticed is that the guests or dummies going down the slide, the physics are worse than RCT3 Soaked physics and I'm shocked by that. I really hope this is improved by release and we were just seeing a first implementation animations for the slides during Beta Gameplay. Last, but not least, the trap Door Slide the door needs to open from the front and also have water running down the back so you don't get a nasty burn on your back. "I can see the reason why you might have done it the way you did, because it would have to go through the path, which might be difficult for the game engine to do.". Also, what's not in the video, I really want to see more details on the water slides. I want to see water coming out of the slides where there is supposed to be water coming out and possibly water pipes connecting where they're supposed to be connected at on the water slides. I would love to see Life Guards operating the slides instead of ride operators like they do in real life as well. I don't want to sound so negative, because I'm really excited for this game and can't wait to start building waterparks and amusement parks. If we can get this all fixed, I don't doubt that this will be the best waterpark/themepark simulation game ever!

I agree with what everyone else has said on the topic of waterslides that have been shown so far. I believe Soaked had the physics level of realism down with the way the peeps moved in the slides - drifting up the sides on the turns, etc. I hope that level of detail is put forth in the finished product so that the higher side options are for function and not just purely cosmetic. While I also would prefer lifeguards to man the slide entrances as others have mentioned, I think my work around it if it is ride operators still is to color their uniforms as red shorts with white polos to resemble lifeguards - shirt with swim trunks or clothes over swimsuit kind of feeling since not down at the pool to need to jump in for a rescue but in a managing guests getting on role. I can make do with this detail but the actual slide appearance and functionality is for sure something I hope is improved on. :)

Hopefully they'll release the game with updated water slides. What I have seen so far is... unrealistic.
If the slides aren't covered the side hights are far too low! If peeps would behave like with realistic physics they would fall out of the slide in turns.
