Is this material bugged I have been to every type of place suggesred on this forum and not found any. Any suggestions where else to try. Also I think FDev want us to just give up on engineering.

Visit an Anarchy nav beacon and focus on trade ships and ASP type vessels. They are not dropping often but you should get some earlier or later.

I have may be 7 or 8, they all came from mission rewards.

At Dav's Hope as time/date stamp. No CP's actually very little mats. Dav's Hope, Dead loss more like.

I throw these away as common enough. I have been bounty hunting a lot and find them in USS s as well so I dont look for them as need space for rarer mats. If you do a variety of things in ED you get mats easy enough.

Logging and supercruise worked, but still it's a bit of faff faff and faff again to get progress in the game.
