Yes the bonus for the higher level synthesis is a bonus to Anti Xeno so maybe to do with the Aegis Ram Tah collaboration

I can remember that surprise, as I founf the advanced thrusters in the shop by Elvira Martuuk - never thought, such things can be there. And I usually come to the engineer with modules bought elsewhere, just at the first station which has them.

So I could imagine, that Tod McQuinn have special MCs - will look today at his site.

Looking through it I can only say there currently are no weapons using this ammo. My guess is that the weapons come later.

Looks like a weapon that can swap between anti-human and anti-xeno ammo will be coming soon.
