Left one is a hotel and the right one is T-rex Kingdom.

i think the left one is aviary because the hotel is look different

It could have been an early design for the hotel, by the time they made the announcement trailer, some of the design of the buildings and other features might not have been finalised and may have even been altered or even removed entirely.
you sure??? it looks alot like the mosasaur arena from the movie and the trex kingdom wasnt an arena was it??
The paddock looks exactly the same from the movie.
And to an extent from the concept art as well.
