Powerplay Faction: Aisling Duval Conflict with other Empire powers

My main reason for pledging myself to Aisling Duval is that I want to fight slavery. Zemina Torval is our next door neighbour and I would definitely consider her an enemy.
Is there any faction or group that is aligned with Duval that feels the same way?

I know that it's harder to fight another empire power, but that doesnt make it impossible. Is there some kind of pact between all the Empire powers or are people just afraid of loosing their rep?

Politically I'd say that Felicia Winters and Aisling has more in common than Aisling and Zemina, has any attempt been made for an alliance with powers from another major faction?

In the past year, I remember there was a tentative try at a peace pact between Aisling and Winter, but there was public outcry of betrayal on both the Imperial and Federal sides, which is why it was scrapped.

Sadly, although the characters of Aisling and Winters would seem to be politically compatible, the two player bases are not; from what I've observed relations between the two vary mostly between "cold" and "hostile".
