Conflict Zone in Alrai, no Galnet News

Hi all,

i am a little bit confused right now, some hours ago i found two Conflict Zones in Alrai, i was a little bit surprised because thats where i am trading.
Anyway, i went to a Docking Station to check out the Galnet news, i wanted to know what this conflict is all about, but there are no news (yet?).

Is this delayed or something?

There's conflict zones everywhere now. Not sure if it's a bug.

I have exactly the same in my empire controlled trading area (saving name cos its my trading route sorry).

Theres nothing on GalNet about it also but 2 high conflict zones, im trading atm so havent stopped by too nose whos fighting exactly.

Here in Alrai there are 2 Conflict Zones ( 1 High, 1 Low ) i went there to check out whats going on, there are some "Liberating" Forces fighting against Alrai's Government.

Check the System info, It may be just a Civil War, and I don't think Galnet reports them until it becomes a War.

There's a civil war sparked in my home system too. Between two minor factions (1% each). I'm friendly with one of the warring ones and allied to the controlling faction. Picked up a nice bonus mission in a neighbouring system where I got paid for making 3 kills in a conflict zone - topped with up the 3k for each kill.

Seems like there's a whole bunch of conflicts kicked off.

There appear to be Conflict zones everywhere...? Both end of my trade route, (21 LY apart) have both had civil wars break out in the past 24 hours...

Blame the players.

Yup. This is the interaction with the background sim people have been demanding to see. Players are trading with a specific faction and in some cases making it gain power and start civil wars.
