Horizons Conflict Zone Locations - What am i doing wrong

Hi guys

I'm having issues locating conflict zones, two nights ago having used eddb.io to find independent/refinery systems at war i went into the galaxy map and used the filters to check and sure enough the systems were at war, jumped to about three of them and sure enough in the left hand navigation tab the conflict zones were listed and off i trotted to do some scanning before i got involved in the killing..... great

last night using the same method i jumped to around 6 systems and not one of them had a conflict zone in them..... i broadened my search to include any system at war and there was just nothing, everything is just listed as unexplored.... Im not doing anything different then the other night so why did i find them Sunday and not yesterday.

I'm in the middle of Deckers 10m combat bonds and collecting data for the new engineers and i want to crack on, this is slowing me down

any help would/will be appreciated

Well the conflict zones for a War state can often be found in a neighbouring system.

Civil war has a better chance of CZ in system.

Also the Galaxy map is unreliable at best for system state.
