Conflict Zone Near HR 706

I'm working on the HR 706 Event and am bounty hunting at the Nav Beacon and it's working ok. But was wondering if someone knows of aa Empire system near HR 706 that has a conflict zone because I think that would be a faster way to earn bounty.

There is RES at planet 706 11. Won't show in navigation until you close in on the planet.

Conflict zones don't give bounty vouchers, they give combat bonds. Nothing you do in a conflict zone will help you with the HR 706 goal at all, unless you happen to kill a wanted CMDR in the zone.
