Conflict zones, please explain how they work.

You can get faction rep for war zones, just need to take missions that ask you to kill x number of war zone vessels.

Cool thanks for the info. Though such missions were not available the two times I have battled in war zones tonight; I checked the board of my faction that I wanted to support but nothing of the sort was there.
