Conflict zones

Why am i seeing a ton of larger ships in low intensity conflict zones? I thought those were supposed to be small and medium sized ships mainly? Like ill go in and see 5-10 Federal Corvettes in there and then like 3 gun ships 3 assaults and then maybe a asp and a vulture and very rarely an eagle. Why are the larger ships out numbering the smaller ones now days? I mean I could be mistaken as to how low intensity conflict zones go but Ive never had this much of an issue in them until recently.

Another thing is there will be plenty of targets in there on my team that arent me and then all of a sudden the entire enemy side will attack me happens to me when im in the midst of allies too. I dont understand this AI system at all...

Three enemy condas in a Low CZ the other day. Made for good hunting. Try to find friendlies of the same size and stick close to them to get assist kills.

I think being a human player adds to your threat factor. You need to learn when to notice that the cards are down, and react accordingly. If you're in the midst of friendlies, try to egress and pull some heat off of you. If friendlies are nearby, boost towards them and use them as a screen.

I also sometimes had the impression that low-intensity CZ are harder to run then high-intensity ones at times. But I can't really put my finger on the reason why this was so.

I can hardly tell the difference between low and high intensity CZs anymore. Corvettes still spawn in both. It's good sport, until two or more of them gang up on you after having Eagles peck your shields to death with rail-guns.

Same.
I usually follow where the AEDC wings are working, but when I'm on my own I'll often go a high CZ for variety of targets and number of friendlies.

Actually now I think about it, it's whatever's closest to reload & repair.

I think the only difference between low and high CZ's is the amount of ships present, less FD has changed it recently. But both have always been slightly dangerous in the fact that if you aren't careful, the tide can turn against you quite rapidly.
