Confused about social trait

The description in genome editor says social increases a dinosaur's dominance and chance to socialize, and also reduces area need growth if it is the alpha:

But the dinosaur statistics shows dominance and chance to socialize greyed out if not the alpha:

Which one is right? Is the increased dominance and chance to socialize active for all dinosaurs, or just the alpha? Is the social trait useless on non alphas?

The Social Trait will affect the whole territory if the dinosaur that has the Social Trait is the Alpha/leader of the group. The Social Trait will then affect all the dinosaurs in the territory.

Can I ask if the Humble trait affects the food needs of Dinos too? Or does it only affect the area that they need to be happy with?
