Confused about the Mercenary Edition

So I've just bought the Mercenary Edition of the game, and I intend to at least do some of the tutorials before the game is officially released. However I can't figure out how to download the launcher for the game, and I'm not even sure if I can download the launcher with the Mercenary Edition. Was just hoping someone could clarify this for me.

Yes you can download the launcher already now and log in, but you can't download the game yet. The tutorials will be available from Wednesday onwards.

there should be a link to download the launcher on your store account under 'My Downloadable Products'

I have the mercenary edition and I can't download the launcher or anything.
I bought it about a week ago and the status is still set to "Processing Pre-Order" .

I assumed it would allow me to download it on the 16th of December.

So I'm supposed to be able to download the launcher with the Mercenary edition?

It should let you download Wednesday or Thursday when they release the tutorials for all pre order players.

Download greyed out

I am in the same situation; I purchased the Mercenary edition about a week ago. The main account screen shows 'Processing Pre-Order" on the Merc purchase. The "My Downloadable Products" screen looks as shown above -- except the download icon is just an unclickable graphic. I tried in a browser without any nifty ad-suppression and security extensions (and virus checking off), but that did not help.I realize I will only have access to the Tutorials for the next few weeks -- but that will be difficult w/o the game

I just got the merc preorder to and im having this problem!!!

I wouldnt have bought it if i thought i wouldnt get access!!!

But didn't they only just announce that the Merc edition would get access to tutorials? Plus, you will get access, later today.

I now have access (to the single-player combat Tutorials, which is all I was looking for). I guess patience was all that was needed.
