how do i control the arc cutter when on foot. I can only move it by moving the player which isnt easy.

how do i control the arc cutter when on foot. I can only move it by moving the player which isnt easy.

That's weird. How do you control the looking around? Mouse or a controller? I have the mouse set up to look around and up and down (like in a normal FPS game) and I can also use it to move the cutter around the panel I'm cutting.
