Confusing Random Incident

Not much to say about this.

I was docked with my yellow DBX at Dublin Citadel for some refueling and to check the bulletin board for some missions, in the Alliance HQ system Gateway. About 2 minutes later, a CMDR in an Anaconda flew in front of my docked DBX and sent me a message over the comms saying: "Hello CMDR, are you ready to see me self destruct in front of your face?"

By the time I tried to reply, it was too late and he/she blew up. A loud bang, then debris and fire flew past my ship as I sat there.

That's what you do to ppl, FDEV, suicides in Anaconda - the richest and seen-it-all commanders end their lives miserably .... What a sad story.
