So I’m a little confused about how codex archives work. I’m doing a little project to collect some of the logs and discoveries found in Canonn’s database. For example, I was able to locate and download Jameson’s log, Salome’s Requiem, and professor Carter’s logs and they show up in the codex archive. Great! But then I discover either the Hesperus or Adamastor (can’t remember which) logs, along with the log of the Proteus. But all that pops up are messages, not a codex entry. I’m pretty disappointed because I came all the way out here and I want something I can permanently read/hear later, not just a message that will eventually expire. Am I doing it wrong? And is there a way to find out if the log that I’m going after is actually going to be saved to the codex or not?

That's why not all of us are white knights. Yeah when I bumped into that it wounded. Wait until you discover the guardian or thargoid content wasn't deemed worthy enough for inclusion either.
