Just a quick congratulations to David Braben for winning the Prestigious fellowship award at the BAFTA's

its covered on a BBC news site and the main theme for the BBC news "the BEEP BEEP BEEP countdown and generall music is also done by the same guy who did the main theme for ELITE 2, one mister Dave Lowe (see other thread in this forum for Dave Lowes latest project btw)

nonetheless Congrats to Mr Braben also on the award

Inconveniently, there are two Dave Lowes out there! There's the David Lowe who composes lots for the BBC etc, but that's not the Dave Lowe who composed our beloved Frontier music and other classic game soundtracks from the 80s and 90s!
I also made this mistake once!

honestly i really did think ir was the same bloke! oh well we learn things new each day i guess
