Horizons Connection Status?????????

I tried to start my game but the game loading screen has a new comment along the bottom.

Connection Status: Your client is to old. Please upgrade to the latest version of Elite Dangerous.

I pressed play twice more, but the third time instead of Play it says Upgrade.

What do I do now. I play online and FD upgrades automatically so I have the latest version.

Please help!
