I'm trying to migrate my console account (from 2015ish) over to PC. However the migration tool is stuck on my request being in progress. Any help is appreciated! Sorry if this is a dumb question, I promise I googled and even searched in the forums!
not that i have ever done it but i would try redoing using a default set edge browser to access the frontier user portal and migrate..........
otherwise i would contact support via a ticket and check your e mail for an auto response to make sure they got it
as no one here can actually verify a or instigate a migration as such as that is a private and secure account matter
btw its not a dumb question at all if a process is not acting as expected
