I was able to play no problem for the first day or so. Once trying sandbox mode my game crashes CONSTANTLY. I literally can't play for more than a minute without it crashing. I've tried reinstalling 4 times, deleted all of my saves, ect. After 3 hours of troubleshooting i'm about to give up. Is there any word on this issues or possible fixes? This game is unplayable at the moment. I had such high hopes as I loved Zoo Tycoon 2.

Just finish installing a new graphics card as well. I can run Red Dead Redemption 2 on Ultra graphics without issue if that gives you a good reference point.

I hadn't had a crash in weeks but had 3 today. I played a ton of hours since the patch in a different zoo without any crashes though, so I gotta wonder if sometimes a specific zoo gets a bit corrupted or something. (All franchise mode for me, only ever done franchise and career).
