Constant DC in Franchise Mode

Let me start by saying i been loving the game, no lag no major issues....Until i try playing Franchise mode.... for some odd reason I can not get the franchise mode to stay online. I can play the career mode and stay online, i can just have the game on the starting screen and it stays online. Yet as soon as i TRY to play franchise mode... the game goes belly up. Every 5-10 mins it will disconnect me from the franchise server, then its sitting there starring at the screen hoping it will reconnect. .I stream music and movies as well so its not my internet connection or my Antivirus that is blocking the game. Has anyone a clue why this could be? Is it a setting that I am missing or is it just the game being buggy... This is just driving me bonkers, you can't really build anything cause in the middle of it u just go poof offline and your stuck waiting.

Haven't had that issue myself, except when the servers go down for maintenance, but don't assume it's not your internet provider just because other things work fine. Remember that the internet is not just about your local machine, but every single other machine between you and what you are connecting too. There's also the question of which protocols the game uses vs. the things you don't have issues with, which ports, and many more technical things that go into maintaining a steady connection.

I once had an issue where I couldn't maintain a connection to an online game I played ALL the time. It was frequently disconnected. Everything else I did on the internet worked fine. I was quite convinced it was my ISP's fault based on trouble shooting my end and determining everything was good locally, but they provided horrible technical support and refused to acknowledge that the issue was their fault. I switched ISPs and never had an issue again.
