Constant Disconnects

Much as I love the game and want to progress, I can't get anything done in the current state of things. I'm in Paesia mining Paesia 2's A ring (metallic) in order to grind out some credits so I can have real fun.

I mothballed my Viper to do this and now regret it. On the way to Paesia I was getting disconnected every single jump. After I finally got to Paesia, I get disconnected every 10 or 15 minutes, take a small rollback in cargo and lose whatever I was mining (always palladium or platinum of course). I don't want to fly all the way back to Altair to my Viper struggling with disconnections all along the way and I sure as hell don't want to start over (yet).

I should have stuck to bounty hunting, I guess. Anyone else having these disconnect issues? I know it's not my hardware or ISP.

Any idea if this sort of thing will be fixed?

I've been plagued with this on and off since Premium Beta I have tried fiddling with my Internet options fixed and randomly generated DNS numbers, I've flagged it up as a problem with FD as well and it has got better since I did that but it still occurs on occasion.

I thought for a while it may happen when new info is uploaded regarding changes to the Persistent Universe and or when I connect to other players it may well be both.

FD have asked me to access some game files .xml to be more precise but I am unable to locate the one they are asking for so I can not give you a specific answer just that it has happened to me too, still does but I advise you create a ticket to FD and hopefully things will get a little better if not solved.
