Engineers Constant interdiction, Bounty hunters that never give up

Lots of the RNGineers depend on things you cant exactly get legally in any sort of modest form. SO I have a bounty on my head in some random hightech. with an Elite Vulture after me, now this little you know what is making me so mad because A Hes in a vulture I melt him he runs then pops up out of no where with FULL HP and SHIELDS!!! Or The stupid cops will show up and then he will run. Seems like i'm stuck in a rettarded twilight zone effect wherre the bounty hunter somehow always has full HP and shields unless i kill him, I cant kill him because cops show up or he runs. Please adjust this feels like You are not letting me have any way to evade these people, especially when the interdiction Mini game is so heavy handed against the person being dikted.

Although I really like the combat behaviour of the new AI, I totally agree that the Borg hull-regeneration mods of the NPCs really need to be patched-out in the next update. That along with repeat interdiction instantly after a failed attempt - and I mean instantly, when the NPC should still be flailing about trying to recover in normal space. Not to mention short-range NPC ships following players deep into frontier space - I'm looking at you fuel scoopless FdL guy!

Haha. Just like the replicators from Stargate...soon they will be coming out the walls on your ship! :eek:
