Constant Sidewinder since yesterday, impossible to play and also impossible to submit a ticket. Any other ways to get support from Frontier?

Hi all.

So, I managed to play Odyssey for a little while. Then the server dropped while approaching a planet and I've been getting Orange Sidewinders since.

I'm now unable to enter the game in any way.

Things I've tried: Log in different modes (Open, Solo etc), try with different versions (Horizons, Elite Dangerous), restart router, restart machine, validate game files of all game versions, log out of launcher and unauthorize/authorise machine.

I have the normal Odyssey version, not Steam. And my connection is fine as everyone else in the house is able to play online.

Ironically, I've tried to submit a ticket but after I submitted it I got the error from the website "unable to load issue", and it doesn't appear in my issues list.

So, I'm out of ideas, and out of ways to get in touch in order to play the game I paid for. I remember once it was possible to send an email to support, now I couldn't find that anywhere.

Any suggestion?
