I don't want to kick a dead horse, as just about everyone has brought it up. But it bugs the heck out of me too and I need to get it off my chest (blame the aspergers). I feel bad criticizing something that you clearly worked very hard on.
But I'd like to point out that the "2001" T. Rex skin is highly inaccurate as the film version is green, whereas the game version is beige. I've heard the reasoning is that according to Frontier, "the animatronic was actually beige and it was only the set lighting that made it appear green". However I have 2 issues with this.
1. Most of the T. Rex on screen appearance was CGI, and the CGI model was green.
2. I've tracked down numerous pics of the animatronic under neutral lighting conditions which confirm that it was bright green.
I feel like a more accurate justification is that perhaps Frontier felt that it was too similar to the "1997A" skin, and wanted something more unique. However I feel that if care is taken, this can be easily avoided.
