When someone uses 'Contact Frontier' or the Contact link in the Backers' page, they should at least receive an acknowledgement that their inquiry has been received. How else would one know whether their efforts to fill out the Contact form were successful?

Frontier is a large company which misses a little of communication. But generally we always obtain an answer. It is true that there should be a team of some people specially in charge of the communication of the company
